摘　　要：通过对中美研究型大学教育管理基金现实状况的比较,确证了国内、国外研究型大学之间显著悬殊的差异性。在此基础上对差距产生的原因进行了从宏观社会文化到高校内部微观环境等多层面的比较与分析。由此提出:社会因素、捐赠主体、高校自身三者的相互联动才是形成中国高校教育管理基金良性发展的方向。捐赠环境、优化筹资策略是中国高校拓展资金来源、增加社会捐赠的重要保证。Through a contrast of the realistic situation of the education management fund between Chinese and American researching universities, this paper confirms the obvious great differences be- tween national and international researching universities, on the basis of which this paper contrasts and analyzes the reasons for the differences from macrocosmic social culture to university internal microcos- mic environment, and puts forward that only a ternary interaction among social factors, donation subject and universities themselves can form the appropriate direction of the development of Chinese universities ＇ education found management. Meanwhile, it is emphasized that an improvement of external social envi- ronment and self development idea is a crucial guarantee of expanding future fund sources and increasing magnitude of social donation.
