摘  要:目的观察复方熊胆茵陈颗粒对高脂模型大鼠肝脂肪含量及脂酶活性的影响。方法高脂饮食饲养大鼠6周,并设正常组、模型对照组、复方熊胆茵陈颗粒高、低剂量组,药物干预4周后,采用索氏提取法检测肝脂肪含量,Elisa法测定肝脂酶浓度,比色法检测肝脂酶活性。结果复方熊胆茵陈颗粒可降低肝脂肪含量(P<0.05),提高肝脂酶活性(P<0.01)。结论复方熊胆茵陈颗粒可通过增强肝脂酶活性调节脂质代谢。Objective To observe the effects of Compound Xiongdanyinchen Granules (CXG) on fat content and lipase activity in liver of hyperlipemia model rats. Methods Rats were fed with high fat diet for 6 weeks, then randomly divided into model control group, high and low dosage of CXG group. In addition, normal control group fed with routine diet was set up. Each group was treated with corresponding drugs or distilled water for 4 weeks, then the fat content of liver was detected by Soxhlet extraction method, the level of hepatic lipase was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the lipase activity was detected by eolorimetric method. Results In CXG groups, the fat content of liver was decreased significantly (P〈0.05), and the lipase activity was increased significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion CXG can adjust lipid metabolism by increasing the lipase activity, and the prescription has application value in the treatment of fatty liver, hy- perlipidemia and atheroselerosis.
