独活寄生汤拆方水提物对软骨细胞活性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察独活寄生汤拆方水提物对软骨细胞活性的影响。方法将独活寄生汤分为祛风湿止痹痛、益肝肾、补气血3个拆方的水提物,浓度为0、100、200、400、800μg/mL作用于体外培养软骨细胞48 h,用MTT法检测其对软骨细胞活性的影响。结果祛风湿止痹痛方、益肝肾方水提物200μg/mL干预后,软骨细胞活性高于对照组(P<0.05);补气血方水提物400μg/mL干预后,软骨细胞活性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤拆方的水提物有不同程度的促进软骨细胞增殖作用,以祛风湿止痹痛方的作用最明显。Objective To observe the effect of water extracts of decomposed recipes of Duhuo Jisheng decotion on chondrocytes activity. Methods The decomposed recipes of Duhuo Jisheng decotion were classified into recipe of dispelling wlnd-dampness and rehe＇dng pain, recipe of tonifying liver and kid- ney, and recipe of reinforcing Qi and blood. The chondrocytes cultured in vitro were treated with the water ex- tracts of decomposed recipes of 0, 100, 200, 400 and 800 ~g. mL-~ for 48 hours respectively, and the chon- drocytes activity was detected by MTF assay. Results After chondrocytes were treated with the water ex- tracts of recipe of dispelling significantly （P〈0.05）. After wind-dampness and relieving pain of 200 p.g·mL-1, their activity was increased chondrocytes were treated with the water extracts of recipe of tonifying liver and kidney of 200 p.g·mL-1, their activity was increased significantly （P〈0.05）. After chondrocytes were treated with the water extracts of recipe of reinforcing Qi and blood of 400 p.g· mL-l, the activity was increased signifi- cantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The water extracts of decomposed recipes of Duhuo Jisheng decotion can pro- mote the proliferation of chondrocyte in different degree, and the role of recipe of dispelling wind-dampness and relieving pain is the best.
