摘 要:草浆黑液是严重危害人类健康和自然环境的污染物。草浆黑液的处理和回收一直是环境保护领域重点关注的问题。介绍了目前回收草浆黑液的主要方法并分析了各种方法的优缺点以及技术改进情况,如酸析木素法、絮凝沉淀法、膜分离法等,总结了当前正在研究开发的回收草浆黑液的新技术及其进展情况,如催化湿式氧化技术、生物处理法等,对回收及处理草浆黑液技术的发展进行了展望,指出开发全封闭式、自动化、智能化的黑液资源化治理技术是未来的主要发展方向。The given paper is inclined to make a review over the research advances in technologies of the straw-pulp black liquor treatment from the point of view of renewable resource and environmental protection.As is seen,black liquor(especially for the straw pulp black liquor) from the pulp-and paper-making industry is the chief pollutant,which is highly harmful to human health and natural environment.Moreover,its treatment and recovery has also been a big problem in the field of environmental protection,to which great attention has been paid by the government and the corresponding departments.The black liquor contains,as is known,large amounts of organic compounds,such as lignin,hemicellulose and sugar groups,which can be transformed into very useful and profitable recyclable industrial materials.And,what is more,if such organic compounds were extracted from the solution,the black liquor could be made purified and further disposed for other uses.It is just for these industrial potentials,scientists and engineers in this field have been trying to find convenient and economic methods for re-use of the waste left-over from the black liquor.To the research of ours,we can summarize the recent advances in this field of treatment and encourage reclamation and recycling as follows.First of all,the main chemical methods in this way may include the acid extracting lignin,alkali treatment,chemical oxidation,and the wet catalytic oxidation technology,whose advantages and disadvantages as well as the technological innovations have been presented.Secondly,we have described and summarized the new physical recycling methods and the progress of the technological innovations in the processing,such as flocculation precipitation,membrane separation process,and biological process.And,finally,we have also anticipated the developmental trends in this way,including the total automation and intelligent control technology for the treating in the future.The new environment-friendly technology with no pollutant will surely contribute to the m
