摘 要:为了分析石英玻璃纤维滤料对不同粒子浓度和不同粒径粒子的过滤效率以及滤料的阻力性能,进而研究石英玻璃纤维滤料的过滤性能,在不同比速下用不同粒子数浓度、不同粒径的单分散DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)气溶胶粒子分别测定石英玻璃纤维滤料的过滤效率η和阻力Δp。结果表明:气溶胶粒子数浓度的变化对透过率无明显影响;滤料的过滤效率与气溶胶粒子粒径密切相关;滤料阻力与比速存在线性关系。研究表明,影响滤料过滤效率的主要因素是粒径、比速和阻力,由于不同过滤机理的作用,存在最易透过粒径及最难过滤粒径。In order to make sure the filtration efficiency and resistance of the quartz glass fiber in filtering different concentrations and sizes of particles,the present paper is focused on the study of the filtration performance of quartz glass fiber filter.Or more specifically speaking,we would like to take DOP(dioctyl phthalate ester) aerosols of high concentration and monodisperse as the case study sample.In doing so,we have first of all made careful observation over the constituent structure of quartz glass fiber filter through the electronic scanning microscope before our experiments.In this step,we have measured the filtration efficiency η and resistance of the quartz glass fiber filter Δp of DOP aerosol particles in different concentrations and different particle sizes of the monodisperse at different wind speeds.And,then,we have made use of Origin 7.5 for analyzing the relation between the size of the particles and their transmittance.At the same time,we have done the research of the resistance change with the increase of the wind speed.As a result,we have made clear the relation between the filling degree and the transmittance.On the whole,the experimental results prove that the concentration change of the aerosol particles have no significant effects on the transmittance.But the filtration efficiency of the filter is closely related to the aerosol particle size.It would be more difficult for the aerosol particles whose size range stands from 0.1 μm to 0.3 μm to remove.In addition,with the increase of the wind speed,the particle size tends to be progressively smaller in the range of 0.12-0.2 μm.And,therefore,with the increase of the wind speed,the transmittance of the same-size aerosol particles would increase.Needless to say,with the increase of the wind speed and filling degree,the resistance of filter tends to increase,too.Thus,it can be concluded that the major factors affecting the filtration efficiency of the filter are the particle size,the wind speed and the resistance.When the particle size is
