摘  要:通过冷态试验研究了湍球塔海水脱硫过程中海水和烟气参数对脱硫效率和尾水pH值的影响。结果表明:烟气中SO2分压增大,脱硫效率降低,尾水pH值降低;脱硫效率和尾水pH值随海水碱度和pH值增大而增大;尾水pH值较低时,单位时间内海水碱度的摩尔增加量与出口烟气中SO2的摩尔减少量大致相等,增加的碱度能全部参与SO2的吸收;湍球塔脱硫效率与液气比相关,与液气比的改变方式无关,液气比增大,脱硫效率和尾水pH值都增大,且试验装置有最佳液气比(2.3 L/m3);冷态试验条件下,烟气流速为1.58 m/s、烟气中SO2分压为20Pa、液气比为1.1~2.8L/m3时,尾水pH值保持在2.4~2.8。The article intends to introduce the results and the effects of the parameters of the flue gas and seawater on the desulfurizing efficiency and the pH value of the said water effluent on a Turbulent Contact Absorber(TCA) through a cold-state experiment.For our research purpose,we have laid out an artificial seawater and simulated flue gas contact absorber,which is by nature a 2-meter high tower with its inner diameter of 285 millimeters.The experimental results show that: the pH value of effluent water is 2.34 when the partial pressure of SO2 is 22 Pa in the experimental condition,and the desulfurization efficiency and pH value of effluent water tends to decrease with the increase of the partial pressure of SO2.As the alkalinity and pH value of seawater increase,the desulfurization efficiency and pH value of effluent water tend to increase,too.In addition,when the pH value of effluent water is very low,the increase of seawater alkalinity tends to be roughly equal to the decrease of SO2 of flue gas in export in term of mole quantity in certain time,and the alkalinity of seawater can fully participate absorption of SO2.On the whole,the desulfurization efficiency is mainly dependent on the size of the liquid-gas ratio and has nothing to do with the way of changing the liquid-gas ratio.However,under the condition of cold-state experiment,where the partial pressure of SO2,the effluent rate and the temperature of the gas can work out at about 20 Pa,360 m3/h and 4.9 ℃ respectively,whereas the alkalinity,the pH value and the temperature of seawater can also be worked out at about 1.84 mol/m3,7.9 and 10.2 ℃,respectively,with the liquid-gas ratio being 1.1 L/m3.Meanwhile,the desulfurization efficiency and the pH value of the water effluent turn to pass as a rate of 49.5% and 2.4 respectively on single stage TCA.But,if the liquid-gas ratio increases to 2.8 L/m3,then desulfurization efficiency and pH value of effluent water are likely to increase to 80% and 2.8 respectively;In such a situation,the TCA is in a best
