胡庆油田注水、调剖后吸水层温度变化对聚合物凝胶调剖的影响

摘  要:通过井温恢复测试分析油田注水开发后和调剖施工后吸水层温度变化,研究温度变化对交联聚合物凝胶调剖影响,指导聚合物近井地带调剖技术应用。胡庆油田应用的交联聚合物凝胶调剖剂耐温能力85℃,原始地温条件下适应油层深度2200m以内,由于注水后油层温度下降使调剖剂实际使用深度可达到2500m甚至更深,适应范围大幅提高。调剖施工后6d油层温度可恢复到原始地温的70%左右,室内试验成胶时间8~70小时的交联聚合物凝胶在实际使用中需要关井反应5~10天。胡庆油田交联聚合物凝胶调剖效果明显。the paper analyzes temperature variation of water accepting layer after water injection and profile control obtained by well temperature build--up test and studies the effect of temperature variation for polymer gel profile control, which is to guide the technology application of polymer gel profile control in immediate vicinity of wellbore. For prolonged waterflood development in Oilfield, the temperature of water accepting layer of water injection wells in immediate vicinity of wellbore drops above 10 degrees and the reduction of the reservoir temperature caused by injection profile modification agent recovers slowly. The thermal endurance of the profile modification agent of cross linked polymer applied in Huqing oilfield is 85℃ and the cross linked polymer is limited the reservoir depth to 2200 meter. Based the decline of the reservoir temperature after water injection, the profile modification agent can use in 2500 meter or even deeper, whose range of application increases a lot. The reservoir temperature can be restored to its original geothermal about 70% , cross linked polymer whose gel time is 8-70 hours in laboratory testing in actual application needs to react 5-10 days in the case of the well shutdown. The effect of cross linked polymer for profile modification is obvious.
