摘  要:针对指控节点的协同决策难以量化描述的问题,将该协同决策简化为对多个决策方案进行择优选取的过程。通过改进的Logistic方程对信息、决策主体能力和系统辅助能力对指控节点的态势感知质量影响进行描述,建立了指控节点的独立决策质量模型。遵循指控节点方案选择的一致性要求,综合考虑了影响协同决策的诸多因素,以影响单个指控节点在经过一次协同之后的决策结果状态为决策度量指标,构建了多指控节点的协同决策模型。通过多组随机试验,测试了该模型在各因素作用下的决策结果,为指控节点问NN,N决策研究提供一种新的分析思路。The collaborative decision-making between command and control nodes is hard to depict with quantification. The prob- lem is simplified as optimized of multiple decision making case. Considering the influence of information, decision maker's ability and system assistant capability, the improved Logistic equation is used to describe the dynamical evolvement of SA qua-lity. Then the independent decision making quality model of C2 (command and control) node is built. In the view of the factor effected col- laborative decision making, multiple C2 nodes collaborative decision making model is built based on the requirement of negotiation agreement, and the decision result after single collaborate is utilized as metric index. The model results under the factors are tested by several stochastic simulation, and the established model can provide a new analytical method for C2 nodes collaborative decision making is verified by the simulation results.
