摘  要:液压分配阀属于整体式单路换向阀,广泛应用于工程机械和农用机械的液压控制系统中。通过对分配阀的工作原理进行分析,完成了阀的设计和计算。运用三维建模软件SolidWorks对分配阀零件实体建模,实现了各零件的虚拟装配;同时生成二维工程图。通过二维绘图软件AutoCAD对二维工程图进行完善、输出,最后投入生产。Hydraulic distribution valve which belongs to the monolithic single way reversing valve is widely used in engineering machinery and agricultural machinery hydraulic control system. This paper is about the design and cal- culation of the working principle of distributing valve. By using the three-dimensional modeling software: Solid- Works, the entity modeling of distributing valve and the virtual assembly of all parts are accomplished, and at the same time, two-dimensional engineering graphics is also generated. Then the two-dimensional drawing software: AutoCAD is used to amend and output the graphics. At last, the hydraulic distribution valve is put into production based on the graphics.
