摘　　要：正义与好生活观念如何关联,成为了当代政治哲学的一个重要问题。自由主义的正义原则由于其形式性的特点,无法使正义与好生活产生实质性的关联;社群主义把小型共同体已有的文化价值观作为一个实质性的公共善观念来塑造公民的好生活观念,却忽视了启蒙运动的积极成果即自由、平等权利这样一些抽象概念的前提性价值,因而不能解释现代生活的本质。马克思主义把自我实现作为好生活观念的内容,把历史地获得促进人们的自我实现的社会条件作为正义原则,才使正义与好生活观念产生了实质性的关联。How to correlate justice with the idea of good life remains an important question in modern political philosophy.The formality of liberal justice prevents this correlation.Communitarianism tries to borrow the established values of some small communities as a way to shape the public ideas of good life;however,its ignorance of some basic values such as liberty and equality makes it unable to explain the nature of modern life.Marxism takes self-realization as the contents of good life and the social conditions for self-realization as the principle of justice,which manages to make a correlation between justice and the idea of good life.
