摘　　要：我国的地理条件和发展程度存在着三级阶梯。改革开放之初,我国区域经济实行的是"梯度推进"的非均衡发展战略;"西部大开发"之后,我国的区域经济逐步转向了"点区辐射"的均衡发展战略。这种区域经济发展战略的变迁,对于我国经济发展方式的转变、全面小康乃至"中国梦"的实现,都具有重要的理论和实践意义。Coincident with the three terraces of Chinese geography,the regional economic development in China falls into three steps.The early days of reform and opening-up saw the strategy of gradual development;Western Development raised the strategy of common development.The change of regional economic development is of great theoretical and pragmatic significance to the transformation of economic development mode,building of a well-off society in an all-round way and realization of the'Chinese dream.'
