摘 要:针对深水钻井高风险的特点,采用HAZOP分析方法开展深水表层钻井风险分析。建立适于深水表层钻井的HAZOP分析流程、引导词和风险评判矩阵。以南海某深水表层钻井作业过程为例开展HAZOP分析,给出HAZOP分析实施流程。研究结果表明:深水表层钻井作业属于中风险作业,钻进阶段高风险单元最多,应重点采取预防及应对措施。为降低深水表层钻井作业风险,建议作业前检查确认、监督作业过程、备用关键设备、配合使用其他风险分析方法等。Hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies of deepwater drilling was implemented in order to identify, analysis and control its risk. Procedure, guidewords and risk matrix of HAZOP studies for deep- water surface drilling were put forward. On the basis of a deepwater oil well in South China Sea, imple- mentation procedure of HAZOP studies was established. It is shown that the risk level of deepwater sur- face drilling is medium. The number of high risk level work units during drilling stage is the most, it should take measures to lower their risk. With the aim of reducing risk during deepwater surface drilling, inspection before work, supervision during work, backup of critical equipments and application of other risk analysis methods are suggested.
