摘 要:水力振动工具是振动固井工艺的主要装备,振动固井技术能够提高固井质量。本文基于流体力学水击原理,推导了水击波公式,分析了水击波振幅影响因素,振动固井条件下水击波振幅可以达到MPa数量级。基于水击波原理研制了双喷嘴水击波发生工具。加工水击波工具样机进行了室内实验,在室内实验条件下,水击波振幅达0.15MPa,根据水击波公式计算现场条件下水击波振幅可以达到0.86MPa,室内实验结果验证了双喷嘴水击波工具大振幅的输出特性。本文基于水击波原理成功研制振动固井用水击波发生工具,对振动固井工具设计具有重要意义。Hydraulic vibration tools are vital equipment in the technology of vibration cementing which can improve well cementation quality. Based on water hammer principle of fluid mechanics, this paper ana- lyzed the influence of surge pressure wave amplitude which could reach the quantity degree of MPa. A surge wave producer with double nozzle jets is developed based on the surge wave principle. Equipping the model machine of surge wave producer and conducting laboratory experiments with the machine, surge wave amplitude could reach 0. 15MPa in laboratory experiments, while it could be 0.86MPa under field conditions calculated by surge wave equation, thus the results of laboratory experiments verified the out- put characteristic of surge wave producer with double nozzle jets. Based on surge wave principle, this arti- cle successfully developed the surge wave producer for vibration cementing, which is of significance for de- signing of vibration cementing tools.
