摘 要:油田高含水开发阶段大量的产出水给地面设施带来巨大的压力,增加了生产操作成本。井下油水分离及同井回注技术可以有效解决这一难题。本文介绍了井下油水分离系统的工作原理和管柱组合,结合FB-79井先导试验,表明该技术可以降低地面含水率,提高油井产量,延长油井生命周期,提高油藏采收率,在高含水油田开发中具有广阔的应用前景。A lot of produced water brings greater challenges to surface facilities when the oilfield is in- to the high water cut period. In addition, Opex is also increased. This problems can be solved by downhole oil/water separation and re--injection technology. The working principle and strings combination are in- troduced. The pilot test in FB--79 shows that water cut on the ground can be decreased, oil production can be enhanced, well life can be prolonged and oil recovery can be improved by the technology. It has broad application prospect for high water cut oilfield development.
