摘 要:能量法为分析沥青混合料疲劳特性的有效方法之一,应用于分析水泥混凝土桥面铺装复合结构的疲劳特性。首先,介绍了沥青混合料的能耗分析方法;其次,根据铺装复合结构设计原理,推导得到基于能耗原理的疲劳寿命方程;最后,通过复合梁3点弯曲疲劳试验,得到能量法参数及相关回归系数,可以预测不同轴载作用下铺装体系的疲劳寿命。结果表明:采用能耗法建立的铺装层疲劳方程可写为能耗(W0)-寿命(N f)形式;研究成果对建立水泥混凝土桥面铺装层疲劳设计理论和方法,有效预估水泥混凝土桥面铺装层使用寿命,具有较强的理论意义与应用价值。Energy consumption method is one of the effective methods for analyzing the fatigue properties of asphalt mixtures, which is used to investigate the fatigue properties of composite deck pavement of cement concrete bridge. First, the energy consumption analysis method for asphalt mixture is introduced. Second, according to the design principle of composite deck pavement structure, the fatigue life equation based on energy consumption concept is derived. Finally, the parameters of energy consumption method and the relevant regression coefficients are obtained using a third-point bending fatigue test of composite beam to predict the fatigue lives of pavement under different axle loads. The results show that the fatigue life equation of deck pavement using energy consumption method can be expressed as a relation between the initial dissipated energy ( W0 ) and the fatigue life (Nf). The results have strong theoretical and practical values for establishing the fatigue design theory and method for cement concrete bridge deck pavement and effectively estimating the service life of concrete bridge deck pavement.
