摘　　要：在统计指数理论指导下,从运输价格基本框架研究,价格指数公式选择,代表省份、城市、线路与企业选择,价格采集等多个方面着手,全面探讨了普通货物道路运输价格指数的编制方法;并以义乌普通货物运输市场为例,进行了实证分析。实践证明该运价指数能够较好地描述义乌普通货物道路运输市场价格的波动情况;客观反映道路货运市场结构和供求变化,也能客观反映宏观经济环境变化和政策调整对货运市场的影响;可为各级政府管理部门全面准确地掌握市场发展态势,提供有效的手段。Based on the statistics index theory, we comprehensively discussed the compilation method of general cargo transport price indexes, and the economic meanings of different methods from the aspects of determining basic transport price framework, choosing a proper price index formula, selecting sample provinces, cities and transport routes and enterprises, and collecting price data. The empirical example of general cargo transport market in Yiwu City is analyzed. It is proved that （ 1 ） the general cargo road transport price indexes of Yiwu City can well describe price fluctuations of general cargo road transport market in Yiwu City; （2） it can objectively reflect the structure and supply and demand changes of the road freight market, and can also reflect the influence of changes in the macroeconomic environment and policy adjustment on the freight market, which can provide an effective means for levels of government administrative departments to comprehensively and accurately grasp of market development trend.
