摘　　要：目的探讨A型肉毒毒素在治疗面部抽搐及眉间皱纹的临床效果及体会。方法应用A型肉毒毒素(BOTOX)治疗眉间皱纹、面部及眼睑抽搐共31例,根据不同病情选择合适的注射部位,单点注射剂量2.5～5U,总剂量为17.5～35U/人次。结果所有病例症状均获改善,27例非常满意,4例较满意。全部病例在注射后24～72h开始起效,1～2周治疗明显显效。单次注射疗效维持时间为4～9月。全部病例无全身不良反应及中毒反应,部分病例早期出现局部水肿、淤血、面部肌力减弱,未给予特殊处理,2～3周内逐渐消退。结论 A型肉毒毒素可明显改善眉间皱纹,缓解面部及眼睑抽搐。合理规范地使用A型肉毒毒素有利于减少不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effects of botulinum toxin type A in treating facial diseases.Methods Thirty-one cases suffering glabellar lines,hemifacial spasm and blepharospasm were treated with botulinum toxin type A.The injection point and dosage were determined according to the different disease.The dosage was 2.5~5 U in each injection point,and the total dosage once was 17.5~35 U in each case.Results All the 31 cases obtained relatively satisfactory results,including 27 cases were remarkably or completely relieved,and 4 cases were partially relieved.The earlier effect was found in 24~72 hours,and the obvious effect appeared in 1~2 weeks.The duration lasted about 4~9 months.No systemic adverse and allergic reactions were found in all cases,and the local side effects were mild and transient.Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A was safe,simple and effective for treatment of glabellar lines,hemifacial spasm and blepharospasm.Proper application would be lessen occurrence of complications.
