摘  要:目的:研究不同的黄芩商品药材中黄酮类药效组分的变化规律,为药效组分质量标准的建立提供科学数据。方法:选取黄芩清热燥湿的药效组分黄芩苷-汉黄芩苷-黄芩素-汉黄芩素为分析目标物,用HPLC的方法测定,数据用数理统计学方法处理。结果:不同的黄芩商品药材中黄酮类药效组分分别是:河北-1为黄芩苷∶汉黄芩苷∶黄芩素∶汉黄芩素比例为66.51-72.78∶11.82-12.82∶3.99-4.31∶1;河北-2为21.72-22.44∶4.42-4.52∶2.56-2.64∶1;甘肃为22.84-23.26∶4.68-4.95∶2.94∶1;山西-1为43.4-43.88∶17.30-17.87∶0.22-0.33∶1;山西-2为35.99-39.33∶6.94-7.61∶2.22-2.44∶1;山西-3为20.06-21.03∶5.98-6.60∶0.23-0.31∶1;内蒙-1(野生)为28.69-30.80∶5.66-6.21∶2.49-2.89∶1;内蒙-2(野生)为15.85-16.19∶3.53-3.55∶2.86-2.90∶1;内蒙-3(野生)为56.76-59.81∶11.98-12.53∶2.29-2.49∶1。结论:采用相同的样品处理方法,得出不同的黄芩商品药材其清热燥湿功能的黄酮类药效组分具有极显著性差异(P〈0.01),差异有统计学意义。药效物质的不同必然导致药效的不同,而产生差异的本质原因是不同黄芩商品的产地有所不同。因此建议黄芩药材质量标准中的基原应包含产地信息,且临床应用黄芩时应根据其商品信息进行剂量调整,以确保用药的有效性和安全性。Objective:To study the variation of active components alignments of flavonoids in different Radix Scutellariae commodities and provide scientific data for the establishment of quality level based on active components alignments.Method:The active components alignments(baicalin-wogonoside-baicalein-wogonin)were chosen based on heat-clearing and damp-drying function of Radix Scutellariae as the target,using HPLC for the target and using mathematical statistics method for the data.Results:The nine different Radix Scutellariae commodities had different active components alignments of flavonoids,respectively.The ratio of baicalin-wogonoside-baicalein-wogon in Heibei-1 was 66.51-72.78∶11.82-12.82∶3.99-4.31∶ 1;Hebei-2 was 21.72-22.44∶4.42-4.52∶2.56-2.64∶1;Gansu was 22.84-23.26∶4.68-4.95∶2.94∶ 1;Shanxi-1 was 43.4-43.88∶17.30-17.87∶0.22-0.33∶1;Shanxi-2 was 35.99-39.33∶6.94-7.61∶ 2.22-2.44∶1;Shanxi-3 was 20.06-21.03∶5.98-6.60∶0.23-0.31∶1;Inner Mongolia-1(wild)was 28.69-30.80∶5.66-6.21∶2.49-2.89∶1;Inner Mongolia-2(wild)was 15.85-16.19∶3.53-3.55∶ 2.86-2.90∶1;Inner Mongolia-3(wild)was 56.76-59.81∶11.98-12.53∶2.29-2.49 :1.Conclusion : Under the same sample processing method,Radix Scutellariae of different commodities has a extremely significant difference in active components alignments of flavonoids(P〈0.01).Different efficacy material determines different pharmaceutical effects,and region of origin is the essential factor of the difference.So we suggest regions information should be included in the origin identification of quality level for Radix Scutellariae,and usage dose should be adjusted according the commodity information to ensure the efficacy and safety.
