国内红花注射液辅助治疗原发性高血压系统评价

摘　　要：目的:评价国内红花注射液辅助治疗原发性高血压的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网、生物医学、维普及万方等数据库,检索的起止日期为建立数据库的日期至2012年10月,采用Revman 5.1软件进行系统评价。结果:从检索的51篇文献中,筛出符合纳入标准的文献3篇。结果显示:①治疗组加用红花注射液,在降压疗效方面的合并效应量RR合并[95%CI]为1.26[1.12,1.43];在舒张压方面的合并效应量MD[95%CI]为-5.36[-7.78,2.94];在红细胞聚集指数方面的合并效应量MD[95%CI]为-0.36[-0.51,-0.21],三者与对照组相比较均有显著性差异。②安全性评价方面显示未见红花注射液不良反应和毒副作用的报道。结论:就目前能获得的临床证据表明,西药加用红花注射液能显著提高西药的降压疗效,降低舒张压及红细胞聚集指数,提示红花注射液在治疗原发性高血压具有确切的临床辅助疗效。Objective：To objectively evaluate the auxiliary effectiveness of Safflower Injection for the patients with essential hypertension.Methods：We searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,China Biology Medicine（CBM）,Chinese VIP Information and Wanfang Database,and the date of searching started from the first of database to October 2012.And we made the systematic evaluation with Revman 5.1 software.Results：3 articles were extracted from 51 articles retrieved according to the standards.The results of Meta-analysis showed：the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the amount of antihypertensive effects,diastolic blood pressure and the red cell aggregation index.The result of the safety evaluation showed Safflower Injection had few adverse reactions.Conclusion：Based on the available clinical evidence,Western medicine combined s Safflower Injection can significantly improve the antihypertensive effects of Western medicine,and reduce the diastolic blood pressure and the red cell aggregation index.It shows that Safflower Injection has the clinical auxiliary effect in the treatment of essential hypertension.
