摘　　要：妊娠禁忌药作为中药毒理学的重要内容,对于指导中药安全和合理的应用于孕妇十分重要。然而古人对妊娠禁忌药的认识出入较大,对许多妊娠禁忌中药都有争议。该文通过对历代具有影响力的有关中药学的古籍查阅并参考现代文献,试图分析古代医药学家对妊娠禁忌药机理的认识并对古人关于妊娠禁忌中药的划分方法做出初步总结,从而对妊娠禁忌中药的现代药理研究及中药的合理应用提供一定的理论依据。As the important content of the toxicology of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of pregnancy contraindicated medications is very important to guide Chinese medicine safe and reasonable use in pregnant women.However,the range of pregnancy taboo drug varies on different people,many of them are sometimes controversial.By referencing the influential ancient pharmaceutical books and modern literature,this article attempts to analyze mechanism of pregnancy taboo medicine standards that the ancient medical experts used.Finally,we attempt to make a preliminary summary on pregnancy taboo classification and provide certain theory basis on modern pharmacological research of traditional Chinese medicine as well as reasonable application of traditional Chinese medicine.
