玉屏风颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺气虚证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺气虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:将64例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺气虚证患者随机分组,对照组32例吸入沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂,试验组32例口服玉屏风颗粒,同时吸入沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂,疗程均为4周,观察两组患者在治疗前后症状的缓解情况及肺功能改善情况。结果:试验组与对照组对稳定期COPD肺气虚证患者总有效率分别为96.87%、81.25%(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组症状评分与对照组相比,试验组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、自汗、气短及易感冒等症状及体征均有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗后的咳嗽、咯痰、喘息及气短症状与体征较治疗前亦有改善(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组与对照组比较,在自汗、气短及易感冒等症状的改善方面,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散能较好的改善稳定期COPD肺气虚证患者的自汗、气短及易感冒等临床症状。Objective：To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with Salmeterol/fluticasone in the treatment of lung-qi deficiency syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）in stationary phase.Methods：64 patients with lung-qi deficiency syndrome of COPD in stationary phase were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases in the control group were inhaled Salmeterol/fluticasone,and the experimental group＇s 32 cases were given Yupingfeng Powder orally and inhalation of Salmeterol/fluticasone for 4 weeks,observing remission of symptoms and pulmonary function improvement of patients in two groups before and after treatment.Results：The experimental group and the control group in stable COPD patients with qi deficiency and total effective rates were 96.87%,81.25%（P〈0.05）.After treatment in the experimental group,symptom scores compared with the control group,cough,expectoration,gasp,sweating,short of breath and be susceptible to cold symptoms and signs were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Cough,expectoration,wheezing and short of breath,symptoms and signs were improved in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,in terms of sweating,shortness of breath and easy cold symptoms were improved,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The clinical symptoms of sweating,shortness of breath and bing lible to cold in two groups had significant difference after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yupingfeng Powder can better improve the clinical symptoms of sweating,short of breath and be susceptible to cold of the lung-qi deficiency syndrome of COPD in stationary phase.
