滋补肝肾法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋补肝肾法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。对照组60例,采用药物+物理疗法治疗;治疗组60例,在对照组治疗基础上,配合滋补肝肾针刺法,两组疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组总有效率96.7%,与对照组有较显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论:滋补肝肾法治疗腰椎间盘突出症可明显改善临床症状,疗效显著。Objective：To observe the invigorating liver and kidney therapy of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods：120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups.In control group,60 cases were treated with medicine and physiotherapy.In treatment group,60 patients,based on the therapy in the control group,were given acupuncture on invigorating liver and kidney.The two groups of course of treatment were all 21 days.Results：The total effective was 96.7%,and compared with the control group,there was a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Invigorating liver and kidney therapy of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and significant effect.
