摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石一期缝合手术的围手术期护理的重要性。方法：对52例胆总管结石患者采用腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石一期缝合方法治疗。结果：52例患者手术顺利,未出现出血、黄疸、胆汁漏等并发症。术后平均住院10 d出院,随访3~6个月,52例患者均恢复良好。结论：做好腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石一期缝合的围手术期护理,有利于患者康复。Objective：To discuss the importance of perioperative period nursing of patients with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and primary ductal closure.Methods：Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration（LCBDE）and primary ductal closure were given to 52 patients with common bile duct stones.Results：All patients recovered successfully with no complications such as hemorrhage,jaundice or bile fistula.The average hospitalization was 10 days.All patients were still recovered well after a follow-up for 3-6 months.Conclusion：It is beneficial to undergo a better and considerate perioperative period nursing of patients with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and primary ductal closure.
