摘　　要：目的:总结针刺造成的不良反应和意外损伤的护理经验。方法:对我科2010—2012年收治的进行针灸治疗的住院患者,加强首次针刺的心理护理和健康指导,提高患者的治疗依从性,减少针刺造成的不良反应和意外损伤的发生,并对发生不良反应和意外损伤时的护理工作进行总结,提高护理质量。Objective：To summarize the nursing experience of acupuncture adverse reaction and accidental damage.Method：From 2010 to 2012,patients admitted to the acupuncture treatment in hospitalized,were given nursing for strengthening psychological care and health guidance to improve patients＇ compliance and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and unexpected acupuncture injury and the paper summarizes the occurrence of adverse reactions and accidental injury care,improving the quality of care.
