RP-HPLC测定加味二妙丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定加味二妙丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的HPLC方法。方法采用Luna．C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以乙腈：0．1％磷酸（45：55）为流动相，流速1．0ml／min，柱温30℃，检测波长245nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0．071～1．42mg／ml浓度范围内有良好线性关系（r=0．9997），平均加样回收率为99．2％，RSD小于2．O％。结论本方法简便，快速，准确，重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination ofberberine hydroehloride in Jiawei Ermiao Wan. Methods The RP-HPLC system consisted of the Luna-C18 （4.6mm×250mm,5μm） column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4（45： 55）, the flow rate was 1.0mL ·min^-1, the column temperature was 30℃, The UV detector was set at 245nm. Results The linear response range was 0.071- 1.42 mg · ml^-1 （r=0.9998）. The average recovery of mangiferin was 99.2%, and RSD〈2%. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It could be applied in the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jiawei Ermiao Wan.
