摘  要:目的:观察臭氧关节腔内注射治疗老年退行性膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:门诊收治老年性骨性膝关节炎患者120例,随机分为A、B、C 3组。A组单纯应用混合消炎镇痛液(曲安奈德、利多卡因和生理盐水混合液10ml);B组患者首先应用0.25%利多卡因5ml进行局部麻醉,之后给予臭氧25ug浓度共20ml;C组患者联合2种治疗方法,3组均治疗5周。A、B、C 3组经治疗后分别观察1周后、5周后、12周后患者的疼痛评分缓解情况。结果:A、B、C 3组经治疗后疼痛评分均有缓解,治疗前后疼痛评分统计学分析有差异;经治疗后第1周和第5周以及第12周的疼痛评分组间比较具有统计学差异,其中A、B组未见统计学差异,B、C,A、C组间第1周第5周及第12周的疼痛评分对照均具有统计学差异。各组患者的膝关节功能均得到改善。结论:臭氧对关节腔内注射治疗老年退行性膝骨性关节炎有显著疗效,联合小荆量皮质类固醇应用效果更佳。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of osteoarthritis of Knee by ozone intraarticular injection. Methods: 120 cases came to our clinic service dignosised regressive osteoarthritis of Knee, were divided into ABC three groups randomly. Group A was given intraartictdar injection by mixed analgesia fluid (triamcinolone acetonide 8rag + lidocaine O. 25% + physiological saline 10ml) ; group B, given lidocaine 0.25% 5ml for local anesthesia firstly,was intraarticular injected by ozone 25ug 20ml; group C combined A with B. All cases have continued treatment for five weeks. Pain relieved scores were recorded in the first week, the fifth week and the twelfth week. Results: All cases had pain relieved after treatment. There were significant statistic difference between pretherapy and post -treatment among three groups in the first week,the fifth week and the twelfth week,and there was no statistic difference between A and B. Significant statistic difference between B and C, A and C had been found in all three different times. Joint function improved happened to all cases. Conclusion: Regressive osteoarthritis of knee will have significant effection by ozone intraarticular injection, there would be well by combining corticosteroids by small dose.
