摘　　要：目的：探讨对高血压病人健康教育在控制血压方面的重要性。方法：通过我院自2009年1月～2011年1月，对80例高血压住院病人进行教育分析。病人入院标准：收缩压≥140mmHg和（或）舒张压≥90mmHg，有高血压病史且坚持服药。健康教育前血压达标者42例，合并糖尿病者16例，合并冠心病者8例，合并肾病者6例。对于合并有糖尿病、慢性肾病的患者血压降到〈130／80mmHg达标。首先对此80个病人制定标准健康教育计划、个别指导、健康教育讲座、自学、阶段性教育等措施进行健康教育。结果：80例高血压患者在健康教育前血压达标者42例，达标率52．5％，经过针对性治疗的健康教育后血压达标者69例，达标率为86．25％，提高了33．75％。结论：对高血压患者进行有效的健康教育效果良好。Objective： To investigate the importance of health education for hypertension patients in control of blood pressure. Methods： in our hospital from 2009 January to 2011 January,80 cases of hypertension patients were education analysis. Standard： the admission SBP /〉 140mmHg and （ or ） DBP ≥ 90mmHg, have a history of hypertension and medication adherence. In 42 cases before the health education of blood pressure, 16 patients with diabetes mellitus,8 patients with coronary heart disease ,6 patients with nephropathy. For patients with diabetes,chronic kidney disease patients blood pressure dropped to 〈 130/80mmHg standard. First of all the 80 patients to develop educational programs, standards of healthy individual guidance, health education seminars, self - study, education and other measures of health education. Results： 80 cases of patients with hypertension in 42 cases before health education, blood pressure control, compliance rate of 52.5 % , through targeted health education after treatment of blood pressure in 69 cases, compliance rate was 86.25 % , increased by 33.75%. Conclusion： Effective health education should have good effect on patients with hypertension.
