摘  要:目的:针对门诊科目前的护理情况,对因护理引起的纠纷和安全隐患进行分析,以及做好护理对策。方法:对某医院1年来门诊科部分患者280例,随机分为2组,观察组140例,专家门诊。对照组140例,普通门诊。观察2组患者满意度、患者及时转科率以及出院率情况、2组患者因护理产生的纠纷及安全隐患情况。结果:观察组有3例患者发生安全隐患纠纷,而对照组有51例发生安全隐患。同时观察组患者满意度以及及时得到救治率均高于对照组2组相比,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:门诊科护理工作中产生安全隐患的概率与医师和医护人员的配合有很大关系。及时采取有效的措施,做好有效的沟通对于急诊科患者的护理有很大的影响和意义。Objective: To care outpatient clinic at present, the disputes and potential safety hazard caused by nursing, and nursing countermeasure. Methods: A total of 1 year in outpatient department patients 280 cases, randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 140 cases,expert outpatient service. A control group of 140 cases were studied in general out -patient clinics. Disputes and security situation of two groups of patients for nursing the patients in two groups were observed in patients with satisfaction, timely transfer rate and discharge rate. Results: The observation group of 3 patients undergoing safety disputes, while the control group had 51 cases of security risks. At the same time, patients in the observation group satisfaction and timely medical treatment were higher than the compared grouptwo,the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion: Have a great relationship with the hidden danger outpatient clinic nursing work with probability of physicians and medical staff. To take timely and effective measures, make effective communication might be of great significance in nursing of emergency department patients.
