摘 要:为了提高分段吊装方案设计人员的工作效率,改善吊装方案的人工设计的现状,开发了船舶分段吊装方案设计系统。在分析分段吊装作业特点和吊装环境的基础上总结了吊装方案设计的原则和要求,对吊装对象和吊装设备建立了模型,并设计了吊装方案自动化布置算法和系统的功能结构。系统提供简单直观的可视化操作界面,针对不同结构类型的分段生成吊装布置方案的命令行代码,用户可以在Tribon系统中查看和修改方案。通过应用实例证明,吊装方案自动化设计系统能够生成合理可靠的吊装方案,提高设计人员的工作效率。To improve the working efficiency of designers in block lifting and to change current status of manual de- sign, the automated design system for ship lifting draft was developed. Based on the analysis of characteristics and condition of block lifting, the principles and requirements of lifting draft were summarized. Models for lifting objects and equipment were constructed, and the automated design algorithm and the system functional structure were also put forward. With simple and intuitive visual user interface, the system provided command line codes of lifting drafts for different blocks. Users could view and modify the drafts by running the codes in Tribon system. The ap- plication proved that the reasonable and reliable lifting scheme was generated by automated design system and the ef- ficiency of designers was also improved.
