摘 要:为了更准确地支持复杂产品的方案评价并综合考虑产品的绿色特性,研究了基于泛逻辑推理的复杂产品融合绿色性分析的方案评价技术。用功能与或树及匹配命题集的形式实现了复杂产品方案的命题表达,并采用各独立匹配命题分别评价再整体集成的方法,细化了评价过程。将产品性能指标分为功能性评价指标和绿色性评价指标,以各独立匹配命题为单位,采用模糊综合评判的方法分别进行评估。利用泛逻辑学中建立的命题自相关性和互相关性对命题真值的影响模型将两者有效结合,同时充分考虑各独立方案之间的集成特性,运用复合命题的泛逻辑推理方法实现整体方案的评价。以自动化焊接中心的方案评价为例,验证了方法的可行性。To support the scheme evaluation for complex product and consider the green feature of product compre- hensively, the scheme evaluation technology combined with green property based on generalized logic analysis was studied. AND/OR tree and matching proposition set were used to describe the design scheme of complex product. The evaluation process was refined by evaluating independent matching proposition respectively before integral inte- gration. Product performance indexes were divided into function correctness index and green rationality index and they were evaluated with fuzzy evaluation method for each independent matching proposition. Using the reasoning model integrated self-correlation and cross-correlation in universal logics, the two kinds of indexes were combined effectively. The overall evaluation value was realized with the universal logics reasoning method of composite propo- sition. The design scheme of automatic welding center was taken as the example to verify the effectiveness of pro- posed method.
