摘 要:目的:探讨基于CT影像数据的腕关节有限元模型构建、受力分析,以期为开展腕关节生物力学有限元分析的研究提供参考。方法:选取1名29岁成年健康男性志愿者,对其右尺桡骨远端到近端指骨进行CT扫描,将所得图像导入Mimics 10.01中,建立腕关节三维有限元模型,将赋予材料属性的模型导入ANSYS10.0中,模拟体外生物力学试验,观测在轴向压力情况下腕关节各结构的应力分布。结果:成功建立了包括桡、尺骨远端,腕骨,掌骨,近端指骨,三角纤维软骨复合体等结构的三维有限元模型,计算并获得了掌骨受轴向压力下各腕骨的应力分布图。结论:在目前的个人计算机平台上依据CT影像资料,利用医学图像处理软件和三维重建软件可以准确、快捷地构建腕关节的三维有限元模型,并可根据模型计算轴向压力下的应力分布,为腕部有限元分析及整个虚拟手的构建提供了技术支持。Objective: To investigate a three-dimensional finite element model from CT image of human wrist joint and calculate the stress distribution,in expecting to develop biomechanical analysis of wrist joint with finite element method.Method: We searched 1 normal adult male for our subject.His right wrist joint was scanned with CT.After getting the image data,we use the software Mimics10.01 to develop a three-dimensional finite element model.Following setting material properties of the model in software ANSYS10.0,we can simulate biomechanical test.The stress distribution on each bone of wrist joint was observed under axial compression.Result: The finite element model has been successfully developed;including the distal end of radius and ulna,carpal,metacarpal,the proximal end of phalanges,TFCC and so on.We also got the map of stress distribute.Conclusion: Base on CT image,medical imaging processing software and three-dimensional reconstruction software,the three-dimension model of wrist joint can be quickly completed accurately.Moreover,we can calculate the stress distribution under axial compression.The model provided technical support for finite element analysis of wrist joint and virtual hand modeling.
