河北省政府网站建设的现状与对策分析

摘　　要：积极推进政府门户网站的发展,实现网络政府与实体政府的有机结合已成为电子政务建设与发展的必然趋势。借鉴国际、国内先进电子政务经验,针对河北省政府网站服务民生的能力、民众参与的广度、信息公开的力度以及运行维护的实力等方面存在的问题与不足,在打造公开透明政府、加强为民服务理念、建立绩效评估体系以及对运维工作的注重等方面,提出相应对策:加强政民互动,打造公开透明政府;加强为民服务理念,打造为民服务的平台;建立绩效评估体系,保障门户网站良性运作;注重运维工作,开拓投资渠道。It has been an inevitable trend that the E-government has integrated with the real government.Based on the international and domestic advanced experience,this article provides some suggestions in such aspects as strengthening the interaction between the government and the people and forging a transparent government;enhancing the ideas of serving the people and forging the service platform for the people;establishing the performance appraisal system and ensuring the optimal operation of web portals;and emphasizing the operation and maintenance and opening up investment channels.
