摘 要:汽轮机调节级部分进汽引起的叶轮受力不平衡会导致机组受到的不平衡激振力显著增加,这种激振力是引起汽轮机振动的重要因素之一。为了降低汽轮机机组的振动,分析了单通道和对称的双通道两种不同的进汽方式下试验台在低频段的振动情况,并通过实验验证了理论分析的结果。结果表明:采用对称的双通道进汽时,试验台由汽流激振力引起的低频振动相比单通道进汽时有大幅度的降低,轴系的稳定性和安全也得到提升。The imbalance force on impeller caused by partial admission of the governing stage of steam turbine leads to a significant increase in the unbalanced excitation force on rotor. This exciting force is an important factor of vibration of steam turbine. Vibration of steam turbine has adverse effect for the security of power set and naval stealth In order to reduce the vibration of the governing stage of steam turbine, this paper studies the vibration of low frequency caused by flow induced force, analyzes the variation of the low-band of test-bed under single inlet and dual channel admission, and confirm the resuh of the theoretical analysis through the experiment. Results illustrate that the low-frequency vibration of test-bed with single inlet caused by flow induced have significantly reduced when compared to single-channel inlet.
