摘 要:建立了旋转对称支承板(RSS)机座的有限元模型,利用Ansys Workbench进行了多目标驱动尺寸优化,分析了RSS机座支承刚度影响最敏感的支承板相关参数和尺寸。通过改变该尺寸的参数,进行了RSS机座结构优化。然后对优化后结构再建立有限元模型,考虑有无预紧力的条件下进行了模态分析和动力响应分析。结果表明,优化后的支承板的各阶模态固有频率都得到提高并避开了工作频率,改善了RSS机座的结构的动力稳定性,为大型动力装备机座设计和轴系稳定性设计提供了参考依据。This paper established a finite element model of the Rotational Symmetry Struts ( RSS ) support, the size of the multi-goal driven optimization was proceed by using ANSYS Workbench, and the most sensitive parameters and dimensions of RSS support stiffness is analysed. By changing the size of the parameters, the structure optimized of the RSS support was determined. Then the finite element model is established after the optimized structure, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis is proceed under the condition of considering whether the preload or not. The results show that the each order of the modal natural frequency of RSS support optimized is improved, and the work frequency is avoided. Meanwhile, the dynamic stability of the structure of RSS support was improved. This provide the reference for large power equipment frame design and shaft stability design.
