摘　　要：为了解决PSTN网络与IP网络互联互通问题,在研究数字中继服务器驱动软件系统架构基础上,从数字中继服务器底层驱动软件角度出发,提出能够使这两个网络之间的媒体和信令实现互相通讯的信令转换服务器,以实现两个网络之间的信令协议转换;设计了数字中继服务器完成两个网络间的媒体转换,实现了两个网络之间的互联互通。In order to solve the problem of the PSTN network and IP network interconnection, in the study of digital relay server-driven software system architecture based on low-level driver software point of departure from the digital relay server, the proposed media and letter between the two networksso that the signaling conversion server communicate with each other, in order to achieve the signaling protocol conversion between the two networks; design of a digital relay server to complete media conversion between the two networks, the interconnection between two networks.
