摘　　要：首先介绍了WCDMA网络结构和规划的基本原则,然后从核心网和无线网络方面全面阐述了网络规划的策略,并结合联通WCDMA网络规划策略进行具体探讨和分析,从不同角度以实例阐述网络规划的方法和流程,希望通过合理的网络规划策略为规划建设提供参考,提供更好的客户服务。This paper first introduces the basic principle of WCDMA network structure and planning, and demonstrates the network planning strategy and method and process based on core network and wireless network, with the combination of specific strategy of WCDMA planning of Unicom. The better service for the user is provided by the reasonable strategy as reference.
