摘 要:组织制度是影响员工职业地位获得的一项重要因素。个体的职业地位获得是在组织外部制度环境和内部职位资源配置框架下进行的。随着中国社会转型走向深入,国有企业面临的外部行政力量的干预与控制逐渐弱化,依据市场规则进行内部职位资源的配置逐渐成为主要手段,组织内部的制度设计也发生变化。个体的职业地位获得是在组织制度环境下的理性选择,其行动策略的选择取决于个体对于组织制度分析与群体博弈基础上的可行性判断,这种判断来源于组织制度中的职位价值体系、职位分析体系和职位供给体系。The organization system is one of the important factors affect state-owned enterprise (SOE) employees' occupational status. Individual occupational status is gained in both external in- stitutional environment and internal position resource allocation framework. With the in-depth development of Chinese social transformation, intervention and control of the external administrative power which SOE are facing has been gradually weakened. Meanwhile, market rules are progressively becoming the main measurements of position resource allocation, and the systematic design of organization is keeping changing. Individual occupational status attainment is a rational choice in the institu- tional environment. Individual' s action strategy depends on his judgment of organizational system and the feasibility of attainment based on the group game. This kind of judgment stems from the organizational system including job evaluation system, job analysis system and the position supply system.
