摘  要:针对电泵井运行电流监测方法落后的问题,研发了电泵井工况无线检测技术。完成了监测数据无线传输方案的研究、电流实时数据采集和无线传输装置的研制、电流数据接收和平台软件的编制,并累计应用于42口电泵井,建立了"电泵井工况无线监测平台"。实现了对电泵井运行电流的无线远程实时监测、分析,解决了电泵井运行电流分析滞后问题,提高了电泵井的管理水平。Aim to the problem of outdated monitoring technology for running current in electric pump well, wireless monitoring technology has been developed under electric pump well condition. The development on wireless transmission scheme for monitoring data, real-time current data acquisition and wireless transmission device, preparation of current data reception and platform software are completed. These technologies are applied in total 42 electric pump wells, and a "wireless monitoring platform for electric pump well working condition" is established. Wireless remote real time monitoring and analysis for electric pump well running current are realized. The lag issue of electric pump well running current is settled. The management of electric pump well is improved.
