摘 要:针对传统的离线式高压直流开关监测方法的诸多不足,为了能够实时地掌握直流开关的振荡回路的工作状态,在线计算出高压直流开关的状态参数,提出一种基于PAC(Programmable Automation Controller)和GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)的高压直流开关的在线监测方法.该方法通过采用霍尔传感器将振荡回路的振荡电流信号线性转换为电压信号,再通过PAC高数采样模块采集该电压信号,将采集到的振荡信号在本地存储之后再通过GPRS无线传输技术将采集到的数据传回后台数据处理中心,后台数据处理中心在线处理分析数据,得出RLC的参数值.实验室和葛洲坝换流站的实验表明,该系统对电力系统运行无任何影响,同时该系统能够准确地、高精度地采集振荡信号,正确地计算出振荡回路RLC参数,为准确获取高压直流开关的工作状态提供有利基础.In order to get the real-time operating state of the oscillation circuit of the high voltage direct cir- cuit (HVDC) breaker, and calculate the RLC parameters of the oscillation circuit, an on-line monitoring system of HVDC breaker's oscillation circuit is put forward based on the programmable automation con- troller (PAC) data acquisition technique. The hardware and software are designed to achieve this goal. In this system, a Hall sensor is used to linearly transform the oscillation current into voltage signal~ then the voltage is gathered by PAC data acquisition system; after stored on local disk of PAC, the data is transmit- ted to the data processing center. After these, the RLC parameters of the oscillation circuit could be calcu- lated automatically. With this on-line monitoring system of DC breaker's oscillation circuit, we have done experiments in our laboratory and in Gezhouba convertor station. The experimental data prove that this system does not have any impact on the electric power system; the most important is that it can accurately acquire the oscillation current signal at high definition and calculate the RLC parameters quickly and exact- ly.
