摘 要:传统的电机等效磁路设计法无法满足永磁电机结构的多样性需求。以Magnet电磁分析软件为工具,首先采用等效磁路法初步确立电机电枢、定子槽等主要尺寸以及线负荷及气隙磁密等电磁参数。然后通过Magnet建模磁场分析,对计算极弧系数、漏磁系数等参数进行调整,建立了场路耦合设计方法来提高发电机的效率及设计精确性。以场路耦合设计为依据,试制了小功率外转子永磁发电机原型样机,通过试验测试验证了设计方法的有效性和适用性。Traditional design on equivalent magnetic circuit can't suit requirements of diversities for perma- nent generators. Main dimensions such as generator armature and stator slot and electromagnetic parameters such as electric load and air gap flux density were defined by equivalent magnetic circuit charge method u- sing magnet electromagnetic analysis software. Parameters of effective pole arc coefficient and leakage coeffi- cient were adjusted by modeling and analyzing magnetic field. Design method on combing field-circuit was established to improve efficiency and accuracy for the generator. Based on field-circuit combination, a proto- type of small power outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous generator(ORPMSG) was made and the test results showed the validity and applicability of the design method.
