摘 要:电励磁双凸极发电机具有转子结构简单、可靠性好、功率较高、励磁可调等优点,因而受到国内外学者的大量关注。针对24/18极四相电励磁双凸极电机,利用电机仿真软件Maxwell-Ansoft建立发电机的2D有限元仿真模型,旨在研究改变电机结构参数对电机稳态特性的影响。通过对电机的磁场分布、气隙磁密、绕组磁链、电感、相电流、相电势、输出转矩等一系列稳态特性的分析,从加宽转子极和加宽定子极两个方面对电机进行优化。仿真结果表明:优化后的电机输出功率明显增加,为合理地设计四相双凸极电机提供了参考。The Wound-field Doubly Salient Generator (WFDSG) has the prominent advantages of simple structure, high reliability, high power and controllable excitation. A lot of research works on the topologies of this kind of machines were done by the scholars at home and abroad. A four-phase 24/18 poles WFDSG is modeled by Ansoft. The influences of different structure parameters on steady characteristics were investiga- ted. Finite element analysis was carried out to investigate its steady characteristics, such as field distribu- tion, air gap magnetic density, field flux, inductance, armature current, armature voltage and electro-mag- netic torque. It is found that the widened rotor pole and stator pole are helpful to improve the power charac- teristic. The optimization results provide the design references for the four-phase WFDSG.
