摘 要:针对焊接系统中送丝直流电机的转速影响焊接质量问题,采用数字软件锁相环技术精确控制直流电机的速度,传统的控制方法是在直流电机的轴上安装测速电机测出送丝电机的速度进行闭环控制,该方法误差较大,测速电机体积也较大,基于此,采用编码器测量送丝电机的转速,同时将测速值与给定值进行相位锁定闭环控制,通过电机的时序控制逻辑数字控制电机的正反转。此外,为了防止电机过电流和过电压,还采用电流和电压的闭环控制。通过理论分析和实验验证了该方法的可行性。According to the welding wire feeding system in DC motor speed affect welding quality problems,this paper adopts the digital software phase locked loop technology to precisely control the speed of DC motor,the traditional control method in DC motor is arranged on the shaft of the motor speed measuring wire feed motor speed closed-loop control, the method has the problem of big error, motor speed and huge volume based on this paper,by using an encoder to measure the wire feeding motor speed,at the same time the speed measuring value with a given value of phase locked loop control,at the same time to adopt the timing control and logic digital control to control the direction of motor. In addition, in order to prevent motor over-current and over-voltage ,this paper also uses the current and voltage closed loop control. The theoretical analysis and experiments tested the feasibility of the proposed method.
