摘  要:X80低碳微合金管线钢在不同焊接条件下接头性能变化明显,特别是焊接热影响区的低温冲击性能。针对X80管线钢的化学成分和力学性能制订螺旋埋弧焊接工艺,结合焊接接头的硬度、导向弯曲和冲击韧性试验,分析了X80管线钢螺旋埋弧焊接头的性能。结果表明,与母材相比,焊缝和焊接热影响区的低温冲击韧性都有所下降,同时焊接热影响区中出现软化现象,但是焊接接头的低温冲击韧性和硬度、导向弯曲试验结果均满足《天然气输送管道用X80级螺旋缝埋弧焊管技术条件》的要求。The performance of X80 low carbon microalloyed linepipe steels was changed obviously under different welding conditions, especially the low temperature impact toughness of HAZ. Spiral submerged are welding process was worked out according to chemical component and mechanical property of Panzhihua X80 pipeline steel. The performance of spiral submerged arc welded joint in X80 pipeline steel was researched combine with the hardness test, guided bend test and low temperature impact toughness test. The result showed that low temperature impact toughness of welding line and HAZ have declined compare to the base metal:and softening phenomenon was discovered in HAZ. But their research results meet 《X80 spiral submerged are welded pipe technology in nature gas pipeline》
