摘　　要：介绍了采用国产GE288型双针床经编机，编链纱和衬纬纱原料选用16．7tex／288 f DTY超细涤纶长丝．毛绒纱原料选用22．2tex／288 f DTY超细涤纶丝，开发超长毛绒涤纶面料的生产工艺和产品性能指标。指出了原料选择、组织结构设计、编织、白坯烫光、预定形、上柔、烘干、起毛、烫光、直接空气洗、定形等工艺流程及注意事项，如毛绒纱隔距调整为28～30mm；织造完成后进行割绒和梳毛；接着进行“先预烫后起毛再烫及空气洗”的特殊后整理工艺。通过此整理，毛毯正反面均形成超长毛绒立面，毛面柔软舒适、面料轻柔、易洗涤且光泽均匀。The paper develops a new kind of overlength pile polyester blanket on the domestic GE288 double- bed warping knitting machine by using the pillar yarn and inlay yarn of 16.7 tex/288 f DTY super polyester fila- ment, and the pile yarn of 22.2 tex/288 f DTY super polyester filament. Meanwhile, it introduces in detail the knit- ting technology and the precautions including the choice of raw material, structure design, knitting process, gray ironing, presetting, softening, drying, fluffing, ironing, washing in air, setting and so on, as well as the pile yarn spacing, which should be set 28-30 mm; cutting velvet and carding after knitting; the special finishing technolo- gy, which should take pre-ironing first, and then fluffing and washing in air. The blanket developed in this paper bears good properties, especially for the overlength pile face, which is soft and comfortable, easy to be washed-up and has uniform luster.
