摘　　要：采用精纺毛纱常用加工设备,纺制竹纤维、丝光羊毛、醋酸长丝针织用混纺纱,介绍了其纺纱、染色纱工艺的技术指标及工艺路线。阐述了用其在电脑横机上编织集圈组织、网孔组织针织面料的注意事项,以及后整理过程中的防沾色整理、防脱色处理、防缩整理等。通过检验和市场调研表明,该新型混纺产品充分发挥了3种纤维的优点,纱线条干均匀,纱疵少,具有吸湿、透气、舒适、滑爽、抗起球、可机洗等多种功能,弥补了羊毛织物易起球、易毡缩的缺陷;在纱线结构方面也是一种创新,为增加针织产品的品种提供了原料保障。The paper develops a kind of blended yarn of bamboo fiber/mercerized wool/acetate filament on the frequently-used worsted spinning equipment, and also introduces the technical indices and technological route of spinning and dyeing. Meanwhile, it points out the precautions of developing tuck and mesh structure knitted fabrics on the computerized flat knitting machine, as well as the color stain-resistant, anti-bleaching and anti-shrink finish and so on. The result shows that the new blended yarn has better evenness and less defects, and the knitted fabric bears good moisture absorption, air-permeability, wearing comfort, smoothness, anti-pilling, machine washable and other properties, which can make up for the defects of wollen fabrics, such as easy to pill and felt. The achieve- ments made in this paper can provide material guarantee for increasing the variety of knitted products, which is al- so a new technique innovation on yarn structure.
