摘  要:文中研究了缩绒工艺对羊绒织物抗起毛起球性能和手感的影响.对缩绒工艺各项参数进行了分析。结果表明:在缩绒剂用量0.5%~2.0%、缩绒时间20~30min、缩绒温度30~40℃、pH值6.5~7.0的条件下,缩绒后的羊绒织物绒面可达到合适的厚度,一般约为1.0~1.3mm,且织物手感丰满柔软,抗起毛起球性能≥3级。The effects of milling process on pilling resistant performance and on handle of cashmere fabrics are- both discussed in this paper; meanwhile, the parameters of milling process are analyzed. The results show that the proposed milling conditions are: dosage of milling agent is 0.5%-2.0%, milling time is 20-30 minutes, milling tem- perature is 30-40 ℃, and pH value is 6.5-7.0. After cashmere fabrics being milled under the proposed conditions, suitable thickness can be reached at 1.0-1.3 mm; mean while, handle of cashmere fabrics are satisfied, and the pilling resistant performance can reach lever 3 or above.
