黏锦氨金属丝花边织物的染整工艺

摘　　要：文中介绍了黏锦氨金属丝花边织物的染整加工工艺。指出前处理时，pH值控制在7～8，温度70～80℃，且选用科莱恩公司的去油剂LFWC效果较理想；黏胶纤维的染色选用汽巴克隆FN型活性染料，染色温度40℃，保温20～50min，纯碱用量控制在10g／L以内，50℃皂洗；锦纶的染色选用尼龙山染料，染色温度90℃以减少高温对金属丝造成的损伤，并选用山德酸VS调节染浴PH值在4．5以上；染色后，织物手感较粗糙．可添加柔软剂进行整理以改善花边织物的服用性能。实践显示，经过上述染整加工后，黏锦氨金属丝花边织物具有良好的色牢度。In this article, the dyeing and finishing process of viscose-nylon-spandex metal filament lace fabric are introduced. It indicates that： in pretreatment process, pH value should be maintained between 7-8 with temper- ature at 70-80 ℃, and it is found that oil removal agent LFWC produced by Clariant Corporation has satisfied ef- fect; in dyeing process, Cibacron FN Reactive Dyes should be chosen to dye viscose fibers under 40 ℃ for 20-50 minutes by maintaining the dosage of sodium carbonate within 10 g/L, and the soaping washing temperature should be 50 ℃; Nylosan Dyes can be chosen to dye nylon fibers under 90 ℃ to lessen damage of metal filaments in fabrics, meanwhile, Shandesuan VS can be used to adjust the pH value above 4.5; after dyeing, the handle of fabric will be rough, soft finishing can be done for lace fabric to improve its wearability. The results show that af- ter dyeing and finishing in the process mentioned above, viscose-nylon-spandex metal filament lace fabrics will have good color fastness.
