摘　　要：中国共产党在新中国60多年的实践中,不断丰富发展了社会管理思想。毛泽东在探寻社会主义建设中蕴含着社会管理的理念雏形,邓小平围绕经济建设对社会管理提出了一系列重要思想,江泽民从加强党的领导、基层民主、改革发展稳定的关系等方面推进了社会管理建设,胡锦涛进一步创新和完善了社会管理体制,使我国社会管理在理论和实践上得到了进一步完善和发展。During more than 60 years＇ development since the new China has been established, the communist party of China enriches and develops the social management thought constantly. Mao Zedong had taken the exploration in socialist construction that implied the embryo of the thought, Deng Xiaoping proposed many important ideas for social management around the economic construction, and Jiang Zemin promotes social management construction from party＇s leadership, democracy on the grass-roots level, and the relationships among reform, development and stability, and Hu Jintao reforms and improves the system of social management, and makes the social management development both in theory and practice significance.
