草根志愿组织运行机制探析——以河南省平顶山志愿者协会为例

摘　　要：文章对志愿服务组织运行机制进行探析,以河南省平顶山志愿者协会作为个案,从组织目标、组织招募机制、项目设置机制、财务运作机制、评价机制、激励保障机制和协调机制七个方面,对组织的运行机制进行分析,并提出了通过明确组织目标,打造学习型组织;引进专业社会工作人员,提高服务专业性;建立与社区的联动机制,带动更多居民参与志愿服务;做好评估工作,不断提高组织效能;完善激励保障机制,充分保障志愿者权益等途径不断完善志愿者组织。This paper mainly analyzes the volunteer service organization operation mechanism and take Ping Dingshan volunteer association as an example to do analysis on the organization operation mechanism from seven aspects： organization goal, organization recruiting mechanism, project setting mechanism, financial operation mechanism, evaluation mechanism, motivation mechanism and coordination mechanism, and the paper proposes to build a study-oriented organization through clear organization goal, to improve professional service through recruiting professional, to motivate more residents to participate in volunteer service through establishing coordinated mechanism in community, and to enhance organization effectiveness and function through good evaluation and to guarantee volunteer＇ s right and benefit through perfect motivation and guarantee mechanism to make volunteer organization more perfect constantly.
