交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗对下肢骨折患者治疗效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗对下肢骨折患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取2010年6月至2012年3月于永川医院采用交锁髓内钉进行治疗的62例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组每组各31例,对照组进行常规的治疗干预,观察组则于早期进行动力化治疗,后将两组患者Johner-wruch标准评分、愈合时间、骨折愈合不良情况发生率、并发症发生率及治疗前后的骨折愈合相关因子进行统计及比较。结果观察组的Johner-wruch标准评分优良率均高于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,骨折愈合不良情况发生率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,治疗后的骨折愈合相关因子均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗对下肢骨折患者治疗效果较佳,且其对骨折愈合相关因子也有较佳的影响。Objective To study the influence of early dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail on the treatment effect of the patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 62 patients with lower limb fracture treated with interlocking intramedullary nail in our hospital from June 2010 to March 2012 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group with 31 cases in each group according to random number table. The control group was treated with routine treatment method,while the observation group was treated with early dynamization. Then the Johner-Wruch score, healing time, rate of adverse fracture healing, incidence rate of complications and fracture healing related factors before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results The Johner-Wruch score excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the healing time was shorter than that of the control group, the rate of adverse fracture healing and the incidence rate of complications were lower than those of the control group, the fracture healing related factors after treatment were all better than those of the control group,the differences had statistical significance （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail has the better effect for treating lower limb fracture and its influence on the fracture healing related factors is better too.
